ABOUT

BIO

Zane Sullivan is a fine art photographer and writer. His articles represent the written form of his photography. Having grown up American, he now considers himself a global citizen over anything else. With percentages of cultural linkages ranging from Scottish, Norweigen, Scandanavian, Greek, Czech, British, and Irish, it became impossible to have a sense of pride in one single nation, yet easy to find beauty in them all.

Zane is merely a lens name, a reminder that our names, our places, and our time on earth is momentary.

His photography reflects that of the negative effects of globalization, while still exposing the extraordinary moments inbetween. To be a citizen of this globe is not at all bad, and the inescabable future of connectivity needn’t be feared.

Primarily shooting on a Leica M, Zane is never caught outside without his camera, or a fountain pen and a notebook.

Having traveled and documented numerous cities, including San Francisco, New York, London, and many more, there is no end to the vision of his lens.
